Jill Nunley

Attorney at Law

From the age of 14, Jill dreamed of becoming an attorney. Her path to the legal profession was not easy, but her determination, resilience, and compassion have shaped her into the dedicated attorney she is today.

After high school, Jill began her college journey at a local community college. Life challenges—including marriage, raising three young children, and balancing work—slowed her academic progress, but she never gave up. After going through an emotional separation and eventual divorce she found herself alone and struggling.  But, being a mother, she knew her children came first and deserved a stable home. So, while working full time, and raising her children alone she continued her education, demonstrating early on her unwavering commitment and perseverance.

In her early thirties, Jill remarried and embraced a blended family of five children. She pursued her Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of Redlands, even welcoming twin daughters at age 36. Tragedy struck when her husband was killed in a diving accident, later determined to be a homicide. Despite the profound loss, Jill continued to prioritize her children and completed her degree, graduating with her BS.

Her experiences navigating criminal and civil trials revealed both the strengths and shortcomings of the legal system. Witnessing firsthand how some attorneys could be unprepared or uncaring inspired Jill to take the next step: law school. She enrolled at Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, graduated with honors, and successfully passed the California State Bar Exam.

Today, Jill is a compassionate and meticulous attorney with a deep understanding of the human side of the law. Her life experiences have cultivated empathy, perseverance, and insight, which she brings to every case. She believes in treating people with kindness and respect, building strong relationships with clients, judges, and colleagues, and ensuring that each client is seen as a person—not just a case number.

Jill is dedicated to client-focused representation, with a special passion for advocating for individuals with special needs, drawing on her eight years of experience teaching children with disabilities. She approaches every case with careful research, strategic preparation, and unwavering dedication to achieving the best possible results.

Whether in or out of the courtroom, Jill combines her legal expertise, compassion, and integrity to serve her clients with excellence, making her a trusted advocate in the community.
